On the Display Devices tab, check if the Custom Resolutions/Modes button is available.If prompted to select an application mode, select Advanced Mode.Open the Intel graphics properties by either pressing Ctrl+Alt+F12, or Right-Clicking the Windows desktop and selecting Graphics Properties. If you have verified that you are using a newer driver version, check the Intel graphics driver properties window to see if the feature is available.Verify you have the latest Intel Graphics Driver.You will need to follow these steps below in order to create a new mode. NOTE: If you are using the latest control panel version, the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel - you will not see Custom Resolutions/Modes in the control panel.
